The joy of success quickly turned into stress: coordinating suppliers, managing packaging, dealing with customs, and making sure every backer received their reward on time.”
That’s when our team decided to create GiftNexa. With over 10 years in cross-border e-commerce, 500+ trusted factory partners, and proven experience in Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Makuake fulfillment, we set out to design a service that takes this post-campaign burden off creators’ shoulders.

Founder
Ethan is a lifelong builder with a passion for turning ideas into reality. He spent more than 10 years in global consumer electronics before serving as an executive at a $5B company. Along the way, he has founded startups, led sales and marketing teams, and guided many creators through successful crowdfunding journeys.
Before founding GiftNexa, Ethan was VP of Marketing at a cross-border e-commerce company, where he drove $300M in annual sales across Amazon, Wayfair, and independent DTC sites. Having been both a creator and an advisor, he understands the challenges of bringing products to life—and is dedicated to helping teams connect with their backers in meaningful ways.

Cici is a versatile designer with over 10 years of experience in graphic design, product ID design, and game visual design. In recent years, she has developed a strong passion for DIY and has become deeply fascinated by 3D printing, bringing creativity and hands-on innovation into every project.

Supplier Chain Director
Leo brings extensive experience in factory management from world-renowned companies such as Epson and Ericsson, with deep expertise in production, customization, and quality control. Prior to joining GiftNexa, he served as Vice President at a leading gift platform in China, where he managed the design and production of tens of thousands of SKUs and delivered customized gifts to more than 3,000 companies.
Today, Leo works closely with nearly 600 factories across China, Thailand, and Vietnam, ensuring strong supply chain partnerships and reliable manufacturing capabilities for every project.
